These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our workshops, floral design services, and related products or services.
By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
Workshop Bookings
Booking and Payment
Workshop places are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit, where applicable.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be updated from time to time.
Cancellations by You
You may cancel a workshop booking up to 14 days prior to the workshop. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund of workshop fees.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days of a workshop booking, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you have booked a workshop within 14 days you will not be entitled to a refund.
We cannot offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs that you may have incurred as a result of booking this workshop.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient bookings, illness, venue issues, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered either:

A full refund; or

A place on a future workshop
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the workshop. We will not be liable for other losses.
Non-attendance
If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness, personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer to another workshop.
Participation
Workshop attendees are responsible for following any health and safety instructions provided during the event.
Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.
